Too many peppers, tomatoes & onions.....
We had a bumper crop of peppers, tomatoes and onions this year, so we did something we hadn't done in about 20 years - we spent a Saturday canning! We ended up with about 30 pints of salsa, enchilada sauce, and pickled peppers. It's a hot, messy job but the end result is worth it!
