Cricut Cardz Challenge #17

This week's challenge was to do a birthday card for a child. I decided to make a Sesame Street card, using bright primary colors. The images and letters are all from the Sesame Street Font cartridge. The "H" and "Y" with Big Bird & Cookie Monster were cut at 2", and the other letters were cut at 1.5". I also cut the letters from black cardstock using the shadow option, and then added some penwork dots just for accents. I have to admit that some of the character pieces were pretty tiny at the 2" size, but using sharp tweezers and a precise glue pen helped! I love the bright cheerful colors on this card, and who can resist Big Bird and Cookie Monster!

This is just adorable, Brenda. It's so nice to see what everyone does with cartridges that I don't have. I agree with you, who doesn't love Big Bird and Cookie Monster. Thanks for playing along at CCC.
