Fantabulous Cricut Challenge #3

This week's challenge at Fantabulous Cricut was to use some bling on your project, along with at least one Cricut cut. For my project, I made a little purse that can be used to hold a small present or a gift card.

The cartridge I used was Tags, Bags, Boxes & More and the purse was cut using the "fit to page" option, which ended up being around 7.25". I traced the front tab and the top portion onto pink cardstock and embossed that with the Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder and adhered it onto the purse. Once the purse was assembled, I added a cardstock handle and some Bazzill adhesive gems to the front for my "bling".

Hope you play along with the challenge this week - we'd love to see your creations!

Love your little purse. These would make great party favors at a girly party.

Aren't you sad they are retiring this cartridge. It was the first cartridge I bought when I got my cricut and I have used it tons. This little purse is adorable. I think I will make some for Easter. I love these colors!
