Fantabulous Cricut - How's the Weather?

This week's challenge @ Fantabulous Cricut is to make a project about your favorite season/weather. My favorite season is Fall - I love the cooler weather, the Fall festivals, football season, and the start of the holidays. Sending "Happy Fall" cards is something I like to do to welcome the season, so that's what I chose to do for my project.

The tree on this card was cut from the Jubilee cartridge at 4.5". I cut it once from brown cardstock for the trunk and branches, and then again from cream cardstock for the foliage. I sponged various shades of ink on the foliage and leaf cuts. The tree trunk was crumpled up and then attached with tiny foam adhesive squares to get a little dimension.

What's your favorite season? We'd love to see your seasonal projects at Fantabulous Cricut this week! Link your project to the FCCB blog for a chance at this week's prize!
