a couple of Christmas projects

Getting in the Christmas spirit this month by taking a couple of on-line classes at My Creative Classroom as part of their Christmas in July celebration.

This countdown calendar is the first project (taught by Donna Salazar) from the "All About Christmas" class.  It's a mix of glitz and grunge, and was a lot of fun to make (if you don't mind getting very inky fingers, LOL!)  It looks better in person, because it's hard to see the distress stickles and rock candy crackle paint in the photo.

This card is the first in the "Magic of Christmas" card class taught by Catherine Scanlon.  This is a tri-fold tent card, so it can be displayed easily, and there's plenty of room for a photo and sentiment or holiday letter inside.

I can't wait for the next lessons in each class!

The card is so pretty. Beautiful color combination and so "soft" on the eyes. Very nice!
