I varied the sketch a little bit, using a diecut overlay piece with different patterned papers behind it in a quilt pattern, instead of cutting squares like in the sketch, and I used horizontal journaling strips instead of vertical. That's why I love using sketches; you can use them exactly as is, or use the inspiration as your starting point.
