Congrats! card

I made this card for two challenges:   the current challenge at Less Is More (use mainly teal on your card) and the current challenge at Cards in Envy (keep it simple)

Teal isn't one of my "go to" colors, but I did have some new ink from Catherine Pooler inks that worked for the color challenge.  The background paper is some older Basic Grey, and I added just a little bit of gold Nuvo glitter drops.

If you have a chance, check out all the DT cards and entries on both blogs - there are some reallyl gorgeous cards on display!

It may not be one of your go to colours Brenda but you've certainly made it your own here. Wonderful design, perfect CAS use of your design paper behind the front panel and lovely crisp stamping. Thanks for playing with us at Less is More this week.

I wasn't really an aqua girl either but that Aquatini ink by Catherine Pooler is so yummy I'm totally hooked! Love everything about this card - the colors, the layout, the gold accents...just fab! Thanks for sharing with us over at Cards in Envy ~ Annie

Considering you don't really like teal you have made an amazing card Brenda! The background paper is so rich and it draws the eye into your focal point, which has so much detail and interest to look at. A really refreshing design too. Thanks so much for sharing this with us at Less is More xx
