This week's challenge at Fantabulous Cricut was to make a project celebrating the
4th of July and using stars on the project. I used some chipboard, cardstock, pp, and buttons to make this wall hanging. I'm going to use it to accent a quilted wallhanging in my front hallway.
For the base, I cut the star @ 7.5" from George & Basic Shapes from chipboard and again from pp, then adhered the two layers. I added rows of red, white and blue buttons using glue dots. I cut the star shadow from kraft cardstock, inked the edges, and then adhered it to the back of the chipboard star. I cut the star one final time from blue cardstock, at 8", and adhered it to the back, with a ribbon loop inbetween the layers.
Hope to see your 4th of July projects this week over at Fantabulous Cricut!
