For my page, I arranged my photo and paper strips and then tilted everything counter clockwise. To add to the feeling of movement and fun, I added paint splatters and dabs of paint around the edges of the background cardstock. I think placing everything at an angle really gives a spark to the page and goes perfectly with the expression of enjoyment on my granddaughter's face as she "zooms" around the yard in her new dune buggy. (On the other hand, her little brother looks a little unsure about the whole thing!) I added a line of stitching to the title, and also punched up the color on the alphabet stickers and the chipboard chevrons by coloring them with Copics.
Cardstock: Bazzill; Patterned paper: My Mind’s Eye; Chipboard: Basic Grey; Washi Tape: Doodlebug Designs and Simple Stories; Alphabet stickers: Authentique; other: Copic markers, acrylic paint

sooo cute! love this! :)
Such a cute layout, Brenda! I love how you've taken a simple design, but by tilting it and using the right combination of patterns, colors and paint you've made it look spectacular!
