I used some flair stamps from Technique Tuesday, and matching dies, for the flowers and sentiment on this card.
It's a bright, cheerful card that can be used for a birthday or other celebration. I really like the flair stamps, as they are great for cards and scrapbook pages, and work with dies or a 1" circle punch.
