I'm excited to be joining the awesome design team for the My Scrap & More Sketch Blog! If you need some inspiration for scrapbook pages, this sketch blog is a great place! (And if you are looking for even more scrappy inspiration, check out the My Scraps & More message board site! Just click on the "forums" link on the sketch blog.)
Here is sketch #101:
And here is my layout based on the sketch:
I think this is the least amount of patterned paper I've ever used on a page, LOL! I just used some small scrap pieces, along with several stamps, diecuts, a chipboard frame, sequins and a star stickpin. Love the "messiness" of the sketch; it worked perfectly with these silly photos of my nieces and grandkids. (You would think I'd learn not to leave my phone around....I end up finding dozens of crazy selfies on it later!)
We'd love to see your take on the sketch. Link up to the My Scraps & More Sketch Blog for a chance to win this month's prize package!

I usually use a lot more pp too. Your page turned out super cute! Love the stars and the way you did the blue with the arrow under your photos.
Ditto what Ange said - the blue paint under the arrow makes it look like a comet!
Super cute page Brenda!! Love the photo too!
