Sketches in Thyme - sketch #185

Sketches in Thyme isn't a new sketch blog, but I only heard about it recently, so this is my first time joining in with one of their sketch challenges.  This week's challenge is a two-page layout.  Funny, I used to do almost all two page layouts, and now I rarely do any.  Especially with a lot of photos from one event, two-page spreads make a lot of sense......I need to do more of these!

Here is sketch #185, by Brenda Ragsdale:

Here's my layout from the sketch:

Photos are taken from a Cincinnati Reds baseball game on Tony Perez weekend, where they honored Tony as part of the team known as the Big Red Machine in the 1970's.  My sister, nieces, parents, and DH and I all went to the game as part of a birthday present to my dad.  It was a lot of fun!  And so nice to see a lot of the great players from the Big Red Machine.

Be sure to check out all the cool sketches at Sketches in Thyme.  They post a new sketch each week.
