Here are the details for the challenge:
I used the sketch, all five colors, journaled about a meal, and used "evidence" of stripes, food, loopy/scallops (on the chipboard border).
I used papers from Simple Stories I (Heart) Summer collection, along with some misc. embellishments and photos of my two oldest grandkids.

Your take on the challenge is phenomenal! I never would have thought about each of the elements like that! I'm going to the challenge now to see what I can come up with. Your layout is gorgeous - so much fun! Bloggie Love
Love that you've documented this fun tradition. Those little moments mean a lot! Such sweet photos. Love the ice cream embellishment and the fun Posh chipboard rubber stamp. The background paper is perfect, and the spritz of yellow in the background is perfect for a summery page. So happy to have you playing with us at CSI!
Beautiful page! I love how you placed the embellishments and added journaling on stripes, it looks so neat.
ps. I'd love a coconut ice cream right now.

Love your page! I also love your tradition of visiting the ice cream parlor. We have a similar tradition when we travel we stop for 4 o'clock ice cream. It's so great that you documented this fun ritual. Great paper choices. Thanks for joining us at CSI, we are glad you've played along!
