Tic Tac Toe Challenge #36

Here is the challenge board for this week's Tic Tac Toe challenge:

I chose the diagonal row from top right to bottom left:  fancy border, green, popped up.

There's no stamping on this card.  The leprechaun is a clip art image, printed and cut with my Cricut, then popped up with action wobbles so he wiggles around a bit.  The scallop border and the pot of gold are Cricut cuts, also.  I added some Wink of Stella to the leprechaun and a little gold glitter gem in his hand.
