TicTacToe Challenge #39

Time for a new Tic Tac Toe Challenge.   Here is this week's challenge board:

I used the middle vertical row:  frame, any type of accents, sweets.  

The stamped images are from Art Impressions and the paper is from Doodlebug.  I added a few little gems for sparkle.  The image is colored with Copic markers with a little yellow glitter pen added to the candle flames.
