Southern Girls Challenge - Frame It!

I'm playing along for the first time with the Southern Girls Challenge blog.  The current challenge is "frame it" - use a frame on your project.   Here's my card for the challenge:

The images are from the Mama Elephant Sticky Notes stamp set, colored with Copics.  I love the cute little dog peeking over the note!  Paper is from Doodlebug, and I just added some enamel dots for simple embellishments.
