Clean & Simple on Friday - Challenge #158

The  new challenge at Clean & Simple on Friday is to use polka dots on your card.  I decided to make a birthday card for this challenge.

I used stamps from Concord & 9th for the polka dot strip, and a really old cupcake stamp from my stash.   This is a pretty simple birthday card, but I think the little stars in the polka dots add a touch of fun!   Inks are from Catherine Pooler.
