Here's the new challenge at Less Is More - use glitz, metallics, etc on your card

I used Deco Foil transfer gel and some rainbow foil with a small balloon stencil on this card.

stencil: Simon Says Stamp; sentiment from Taylored Expressions

I added a scallop square frame cut from gold mirror cardstock and mounted the sentiment on a strip of the same cardstock. Lots of shine on this one!
