The new challenge is up at CASology:
The hat stamps are from Stampers Anonymous and the sentiment was computer generated. I just added a few tiny gold sequins to finish it off.
The hats were colored with Copics and then cut out and adhered to the card front. Masculine cards can be a struggle, but I think this one would work well as a "congrats" type card for a guy!
