I cut up a very sparkly gift bag and used part of it for the background on this card.
All I had to add was a stamped and matted sentiment, and a few holographic stickers to the snowflake centers. The sentiment from Taylored Expressions was perfect for this because there definitely is a lot of sparkle on this card, lol!
