TicTacToe Challenge #51

So glad to see one of my favorite challenge blogs back in business!   TicTacToe Challenges has started up again and here is their current challenge board.



For my card, I used the center horizontal row:  polka dots, die cuts, flowers

Stamps: GinaK Designs, Hero Arts 

This is a pretty simple card.  I die cut the frame and center piece, then stamped the daisy and sponged some blue Distress Oxide ink around the image.  The frame was adhered with foam tape for dimension and then I added a stamped sentiment.  It's nice working with bright cheerful colors during this dreary grey February!
