Christmas Crafts All Year Round - July challenge

The July challenge at Christmas Crafts All Year Round is to create a project with a "cool" theme - snow, ice, snowmen, etc.    With temps in the 90's around here, it was refreshing to think about something cool!

I used an old stamp set for the snowglobe, and colored it with Copic markers.  The image was stamped on Curious Metallics cryogen white cardstock, which has a slight shimmer.  I added some tiny dots of clear glitter pen to the snow drafts and sky.  The card frame was inked with blue and then stamped in silver with a snow background stamp. This was all adhered to some white glitter cardstock on the card front, so there is a lot of sparkle on this card.
