The new Tic Tac Toe challenge board is up!
I chose the middle horizontal row: flowers, stripes, stencil
The background was done with a faux dip dye technique from Spring Online Card Classes a couple of months ago. It doesn't show up too well, but I used a chicken wire stencil from TCW and some gold ink to stencil a design behind the flowers. I really love The Ton's new layering stamp & die sets; so easy to use!
