The current challenge at The Library Challenge blog is to choose any inspiration book from their previous challenges.
I chose this book by Dr. Seuss:
I liked the bold white print on the blue background with the red and white striped border, and thought it would be the perfect way to use one of my new Christmas stamp sets.
Sentiment: Bold Tiding from Stampers Anonymous
I stamped the sentiment in embossing ink on white cardstock, then sponged blue ink over the top. Wiping the blue ink off the embossed sentiment brings back the white embossing. Then I added a striped border with a punched strip and some candy stickers and clay pieces.

As soon as I saw this in the gallery I knew what the book was - what a fabulous take on the cover and a real smile-raiser of a card. Thanks for joining The Library.
This has been featured as a ‘Librarian’s Choice’. Thank you for sharing it at The Library. A new challenge goes live tomorrow (Sunday 17th January) and I do hope you’ll take part.
