Tic Tac Toe Challenge #103

 I was working on St. Patrick's Day cards this week and incorporated the Tic Tac Toe challenge on one of them.   Here's the challenge board for this week:

I used the diagonal row from upper right to bottom left:  heat embossing, sequins, and green.

The frame was leftover from another project, cut from white cardstock.  I ended up inking it with gold ink and then heat embossing with gold embossing powder. I added gold sequins to the wheels on the truck.  (After all, a leprechaun would certainly drive a truck with gold wheels down a green road with a rainbow behind him, right?)

 The road is a stencil from The Greetery, the truck and sentiment are from Pink & Main, and the rainbow is from Hero Arts.  The little Leprechaun is a Cricut print and cut image.
