TicTacToe Challenge #119

 Just getting in under the wire with a card for TicTacToe Challenge #119.  Here is the challenge board:

I chose the diagonal row from top right to bottom left:  watercolor, big sentiment and yellow.

I used Concord & 9th's Painted Petals Turnabout set for the floral background and the die cuts.  I diecut three of the "hello" sentiments, stacked them together for dimension, and then used Taylored Expressions liquid watercolor to paint it yellow.
