Last week, Gina K posted a video on her You Tube channel about creating backgrounds by stamping ink cubes direct to paper. The September monthly mix challenge is to create a card using this background technique. Here's my card for the challenge:
I used Gina K's Jellybean Green, Sweet Corn, Prickly Pear & Lemon Drop ink cubes for the background. The flowers and sentiment are from her Watercolor Flowers stamp set. I added a few drops of gold Perfect Pearls for just a little shimmer. This is such a great background technique - might have to try it on a scrapbook page next!
