The Paper Players challenge is based on this tic-tac-toe board:
I used the left vertical row: rainbow, CAS and birthday.
The stamps are from Simon Says Stamp. I adhered the stamped portion to the card front and then adhered the rest of the card front, with the diecut opening with foam tape. The card seemed a little bare, so I added the happy birthday strip from washi tape.
