Floral Sending Hugs card with Simon Says Stamp

 I received some happy mail yesterday with the new Simon Says Stamp Brushed Flowers card kit.  This kit really caught my eye because of the style of the floral stamps, plus the fact that four ink cubes of their Pawsitively Satured inks were included and their new non-slip ink cube holder!  Here's my first card using the kit.

For the flowers on this card, I did some ink blending on white cardstock and then stamped over the blended portions with the floral and leaf stamps.  I used the matching dies to cut out the images and adhered them to the card front.  I added some tiny gem stickers for flower centers and added the stamped sentiment.  This was the first time I had tried the SSS Pawsitively Saturated inks and I was impressed with the bright colors and the way they blended.  Looking forward to creating more cards and scrapbook pages with this set!
