Another class from Day 1 of #OCCHolidayCardClass2022 was about layered die cuts. I wanted to do a poinsettia card like Kristina Werner showed in class, so I used my Cricut to cut the layers out of red and green cardstock, and then added ink to the die cuts.
For the red poinsettia, I brayered red ink over the cardstock after cutting the poinsettia and for the pink cardstock, I applied ink with a kitchen sponge to get the spotty textured look. Both techniques were new to me and I really like the way they turned out.
