 Here's the new board at Tic Tac Toe Challenges:

I went with the far right column:  stencil, circle, ink blending

I used an Ink on 3 stencil for the leafy background, blending a couple of shades of green ink. The sentiment is from Pinkfresh and the flower is from The Greetery.
