It's time for Jingle Belles annual Earth Day special challenge. The challenge is to recycle/resuse items on your card. For my cards, I recycled some card fronts from Christmas cards we received last year.
I loved the Nativity star with the tiny glitter border, so I fussy cut it from the original card front. I stamped and clear embossed the background on kraft cardstock and matted it with gold glitter paper. The star was adhered with foam adhesive for dimension.
For this card, I trimmed down the original card front to make a 3.75" x 5.5" panel. I went over the "joy" script with a clear glitter pen, and added some silver snowflake stickers. This panel was matted over a white border punched piece and a blue cardstock piece, then adhered to the card front.
Thanks for the challenge, Jingle Belles!
