TicTacToe Challenge #221

 Here's this week's challenge board from TicTacToe Challenges:

I used the first horizontal row:  stencil, birthday and red.  Here's my card for the challenge.

I used a pinwheel banner layering stencil from The Greetery, in shades of red, pink, teal and mint green.  The sentiment stamp and die is also from the Greetery.  I used the same shades of teal and mint for the "happy".  A few silver dome embellishments finished off the card.  It seems like we can always use birthday cards, and this one could work for guys or gals of any age.
