Jingle Belles Tic Tac Toe challenge and another card for the BYSH July link up

 Jingle Belles is hosting a tic-tac-toe challenge.  Here is the challenge board:

I used the bottom row for my card:  red, Santa and one layer.  I used stamps from HoneyBee (Santa and friends) and The Ink Blot Shop (sentiment).  Everything was colored with Olo markers.

The top portion was sponged with light blue ink, and I added some clear shimmer pen to the area below the "merry" stamp.  A little bit of glitter pen was added to Santa's fur.
