Color Hues Challenge #125 - blue and white

First time playing along with the Color Hues Challenge. This month's challenge is to use blue and white (plus neutrals). 

 Here is my card for the challenge:

I had this ink blended background from a class, and since we're supposed to get about 10" of snow this weekend, I thought it would be good timing to get a snowy winter card in the mail!
