The Sisterhood of Crafters - Spots & Dots challenge

 This month's challenge at The Sisterhood of Crafters is "spots and dots".   Here's my card for the challenge:

 

I used an old stamp set from Winnie & Walter, and lots of different ink colors for the background.  The sentiment was stamped on black cardstock and heat embossed in gold.  I'm trying to use some older stamp sets that haven't gotten too much use.  I think this one could either be a birthday card or a congratulations card.  It was nice to use these bright colors on a dreary winter day!
