Addicted to Stamps & More - Challenge 513 - Birthdays

 The current challenge at Addicted to Stamps & More is all about birthdays.

I used an oldie but goodie stamp set from My Favorite Things for this card.

After stamping the image and sentiments, I added a touch of clear shimmer pen to the candle flames and a few multi colored sequins and shimmer pen dots to the top of the card.
