Color Hues Challenge #128 - Green & Gold

Color Hues Challenge #128 is all about green & gold.

These colors worked perfectly for a St. Patricks Day card.  I used some green and gold scraps to make the strip pieced background.

The image was cut with my Cricut, using green vinyl on white and gold cardstock.  I added a few tiny gold gems and then adhered the heart image with foam tape.  Slowly but surely, I'm making a dent in my cardstock and paper scraps.

The background with all the different strips looks fabulous! Love that big heart with the scalloped edges. It looks great against the background using the gold layer. Thanks for joining us at Color Hues!
