This was harder than I thought. I had some ideas that didn't work out like I imagined, so I ended up leaving out the music element and working on just the one corner design.
The corner element is a Sizzix die. I swiped a gold ink pad on the corner of the cardstock, then added the diecut and a sticker sentiment. This would make a good masculine birthday card, I think.
