Lasting Memories Challenge #445

The new challenge at Lasting Memories is to use your pattern stamps to create a background or layering strip for your scrapbook page.

I used a couple of Cas-ual Fridays snowflake stamp sets to create my background.  The snowflakes were stamped in white ink and then heat embossed with white embossing powder.

The title was cut with my Cricut, and then I used a border punch for the bottom borders.
