I used both the photo and sketch as inspiration for my card. The chipboard scallop circle is from Technique Tuesday, the papers are from American Crafts, SEI and Echo Park, and the sentiment stamp is from Unity. I added a little clear glitter pen to the hearts for just a touch of shimmer.
