Time for the first Jingle Belles challenge of 2018! This challenge is to use something new on a Christmas card - maybe something you received from Santa or something you bought yourself but haven't used yet.
For my card, I used the Penny Black "Trimming the Tree" stamp, which is one I bought right before Christmas but didn't use for this year's cards. I stamped the image in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored it with Copic markers, adding some Wink of Stella to the star and ornaments, and shading around the card with Distress ink.

I think your coloring is fabulous ... I especially love the blue shading around the image ... so very glad you joined us for our first Jingle Belles prompt of 2018.
