My Favorite Things Crafty Biathlon challenge

The newest Olympic challenge at My Favorite Things is the Biathlon challenge.  You need to choose a technique and a card type from the list below and make a card combing the two.


I used the MFT Roses All Over background stamp, the Emboss Resist technique and an Alternative Fold (gate fold) for my card.

The background was stamped with Versamark, clear embossed, and then sponged with Distress Oxide inks.  For the accent strips and circle, I stamped the image with rose ink, then cut and matted the strips and used a circle punch for the emblem.  I think card would work for several different occasions, so I left off the sentiment for now.
