Happy Birthday card, using Honey Bee Stamps

I really liked the Stamptember set from Simon Says Stamp/Honey Bee Stamps.  I hadn't used Honey Bee Stamps before, before I was really impressed with the quality and the way they stamp.

The background for this card was made with Colorburst powders and shimmer spray.  I stamped and cut the balloons, then colored them with Copics and added the stamped balloon strings.  A few jewel stickers add a little more sparkle.
