CAS on Friday - challenge #150

The new challenge at Clean & Simple on Friday is to create a birthday card.   For my card I used a stamp set and inks from Catherine Pooler.

I stamped the two larger sentiment circles, then stamped some smaller circles around them.  The banner was stamped and adhered with foam tape so it has a little bit of dimension.  I added some tiny dots with a fine tip black pen around all the circles.  Very simple to make but with lots of fun colors!
