I took my inspiration from the dragon theme and made this little birthday card with a Brutus Monroe dragon stamp.
The dragon was colored with Copic markers. I used Distress inks for the background and a really old balloon punch for the balloons. Just added a little Wink of Stella to the dragon belly, and some sequins for a little sparkle. That little dragon stamp is just so cute!
