Here's the inspiration for the current challenge at The Library Challenges:
I took my inspiration from the cover design and also from the theme of a cat in a hat.
The striped background stamp is from Catherine Pooler and all the other stamps are from Tim Holtz Stamper's Anonymous line. I might have more Halloween cards than I need for this year, so I guess it will be a head start on 2021!
