TicTacToe Challenge #80

Here is the current challenge board at TicTacToe Challenges.

I used the diagonal row from bottom left to top right:  tilted, coloring and blue.

I used a digital stamp from Bugaboo stamps and put it on an angle.  The image was colored with Copic markers and then I inked the background with purple and blue Distress Oxide inks.  I also added a little clear glitter pen to the ghost and some gold glitter to the stars and jack-o-lantern.  Such a cute little Halloween ghost!
