November Merry Little Christmas challenge

 It's November 1st, and that means it's officially Christmas season!   I start the Christmas carols the day after Halloween (or maybe a few days before, lol!)   Just a couple of months to finish those Christmas projects you have planned, so hopefully you will find some inspiration at the Merry Little Christmas Challenge blog this month!

I changed things up a little bit this month and made a slimline card.  These are approx. 4" x 9", so you can fit these in a regular business envelope for mailing.

The card base is navy cardstock from Taylored Expressions, with another piece of navy cardstock for the card front.  I stamped the large sentiment in the center, and then used a snowflake swirl border stamp above and below the sentiment.  Everything was stamped in silver ink and then heat embossed with fine detail silver embossing powder.  The sentiment stamp is from Simon Says Stamp and the snowflake swirl is from the Gina K/Simon Says Stamp Stamptember collaboration.  I matted the card front with silver glitter paper and attached it to the card base. The only extras I added were some tiny crystal gems to the four largest snowflakes.;

I hope you get time to play along with our November challenge at Merry Little Christmas Challenges. We'd love to see your projects!
