Online Card Classes Holiday Card Workshop - Day 1 Northern Lights technique

 A second technique from Day 1 of the Holiday Card Workshop had to do with creating a Northern lights effect.   This technique also involved ink blended backgrounds, white pigment ink and Perfect Pearls, but in slightly different ways.

The card on the left features a heat embossed sentiment on clear acetate, adhered over an ink blended background.  I added a silver glitter cardstock frame.  It doesn't show up too well because of the glare on the acetate, but there are some silver heat embossed stars on the background also.  The card on the right had a row of trees stamped & heat embossed in black over an ink blended background.  I added a sentiment, stamped and embossed in silver.
